Q. Can I order by mail or phone?
A. Mythographe accepts orders by mail and phone. To order - proceed to checkout and print the Order page, complete the relevant details, attach the correct payment and delivery charge and post cheque or money order to:

Your order may take a little longer to complete is you are paying by cheque or money order as we cannot despatch your order until your payment has been received and authorised.

Q. How do I convert Aus dollars to my currency?
A. To convert your currency, we have included a link to a currency converter. This is a rough guide only and Mythographe can only process payment in Australian Dollars. Your credit card company calculates the charge to your credit card on the date of transaction. Click here to go to the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant

Q. What duties and taxes apply?
A. The Customs office in your country determines whether you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package. Mythographe is unable to control or determine these charges.

Q. What credit card payments are accepted on line?
A. Mythographe accepts Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard payments.

Q. How will my order be confirmed?
A. An email confirming your order will be sent to you after completing the check out. To check your order - email us with your customer order no.

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?
A. Orders will be delivered 5-20 working days - depending on availability.

Q. What are the delivery costs?
A. Standard delivery in Australia $7.50 - Delivered to your home or office.
International delivery - Choose your country from the drop down list at checkout and the appropriate delivery charge (in Aus dollars). Delivery charges are per order. Unfortunately we cannot send framed prints overseas.
If your country is not available contact us with your request and we will quote delivery and send you an order form.
Note: Typical EMS delivery time is 3 to 6 days after dispatch.
Typical Air Mail delivery time is 5 to 10 days after dispatch.

Q. Do you accept refunds?
A. Once we have received the returned goods in original condition with all accessories, proof of purchase and completed returns form, we will refund the purchase price of the product (delivery charges will not be refunded). We can reverse your credit card transaction (if you used one), post a cheque or provide a replacement product to the same value.
